Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all districts in Bangladesh through trusted courier partners.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Dhaka: 1–3 business days

  • Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or national holidays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive tracking information via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (if available).

Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange if:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product is damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong size (subject to stock availability).

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To qualify for an exchange or return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Be free from stains, perfume, or damage caused after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items damaged after use.

  • Products without original tags.

  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or incorrect).

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • Your order cannot be fulfilled.

  • The product is confirmed to be defective and a replacement is unavailable.

  • The wrong product was delivered and an exchange is not possible.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.

  2. Share your order number and clear photos of the product.

  3. Our team will review your request.

  4. Once approved, we'll arrange the exchange or refund according to our policy.
